Use this letter to advise an employee to remain at home until further medical advice is obtained regarding an illness or injury. The letter includes options either confirming the employee’s permission to seek medical advice or seeking permission to do so from the organisation’s occupational health doctor or the employee’s GP. This letter should be sent with the Medical report consent form.
