The policy covers the situation where employees undertake fertility (including IVF) treatment. It covers the company's and employee's responsibilities and the entitlement to take time off for treatment. The procedure that is followed by the organisation and employee is outlined.

Note this includes an optional clause for organisations that have committed to the Fertility Workplace pledge.

This right is at the employers discretion. 

This letter can be used to demonstrate organisational support that is available for employees undergoing a fertility journey. 

This letter can be used to invite an employee to discuss the support the organisation can offer during their fertility journey. 

This letter can be used to confirm reasonable adjustments that have been agreed in an informal meeting to discuss an employee's fertility journey. 

This letter can be used to invite an employee to a review meeting to discuss adjustments put in place to support their fertility journey. 

This letter can be used to provide an outcome to a meeting arranged to review adjustments already in place to support an employee undertaking a fertility journey.
