Figures collected for April 2017 reveal the following:

• The average forecast for the next quarter is 2.9%, both excluding and including pay freeze, which has increased by 0.4% from the previous month’s records.
• The average forecast for the coming year has increased once again, both for including and excluding pay freeze.
• The percentage of companies reporting a pay freeze in March has hit the record all-time-low figure once more, now standing at just 3.7%.
