HR-inform covers employment legislation for England and Wales.

The practical implications of most employment law in England and Wales also extends to Scotland and Northern Ireland. However, in Scotland, the legislation may come into force on a different date.

Northern Ireland has a different legislative structure so has its own set of legal references for bringing requirements into force. New legislation may also be implemented on a different date to that in England and Wales. HR-inform only includes details on European legislation that affects the UK.
